Tim Hunter
Vice President, Falcon Fine Art
Tim brings his extensive knowledge of the art world to Falcon Fine Art – helping art collectors to maximize and enhance their portfolios.

Prior to joining Falcon Fine Art, he worked at Christie’s International Auction House for 16 years, holding positions as Senior Director of Old Master and British Pictures, Head of 19th Century European Art, and Director of Impressionist and Modern Art. He subsequently worked for 5 years as a Director at Gurr Johns Ltd, one of the UK’s leading art advisory firms.

He regularly sits on the Reviewing Committee for the Export of Works of Art, and acts as an adviser to several national museums as well as the Arts Council. In 2014, Hunter was elected a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries.

Guy Vaissière
Commercial Director, Falcon Fine Art
Responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, driving growth and building brand presence, Guy is focused on helping clients utilise and grow their collections through the use of bespoke art financing solutions.

Guy brings to Falcon Fine Art decades of experience across the art industry, along with a vast network of relationships and expertise. Prior to joining Falcon Fine Art, he held the position of Business Director at Sotheby's, as well as roles at Adrian Sassoon, high-end designer Linley and international auction house Phillips. He was also a consultant to the executive Board of Masterpiece London, helping this widely-acclaimed fair become established in its inaugural year.

Kamel Alzarka
Chairman and founder, Falcon Fine Art
Kamel is the chairman and founder of Falcon Group. He completed his term at business school in Paris, and established Falcon while still based in the city.

He soon expanded to London and Dubai, exploring less traditional forms of trade finance for a broad range of corporates. Today, the company is a major specialised financier, with a book of over US$3 billion and offices in eight cities globally.

Gerard Barrett
Managing Director, Falcon Fine Art
With extensive commercial experience in fine art and luxury sectors, Gerard is a senior finance professional focused on the strategic implementation of firm’s specialist art financing solutions. With 18 years of experience working in a variety of senior finance roles at Christie’s – in both in London and New York – Gerard possesses a proven track record, strong commercial acumen and exceptional project management skills. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Aurelie Maw
Art Research Manager, Falcon Fine Art
Aurelie joined Falcon Fine Art in June 2015. Her role involves liaising with clients and performing due diligence on the artworks and their provenance.

Prior to joining Falcon Fine Art, Aurelie worked in the brokerage department of Gurr Johns, a leading advisory firm specialising in the acquisition, sale and valuation of fine art. She has a Masters degree in History and Business of Art and Collecting from the University of Warwick/The Institut d’Etudes Supérieures des Arts (IESA).
